Support Programmes

Our consultancy support is commissioned for an initial 12-month period. We start by conducting a comprehensive audit so you can benchmark your catering and FM operations against best-in-class industry standards and identify where, and how, to improve standards and make efficiencies.

Towards the end of the first year a new support plan will be drawn up and agreed. This could include reducing or increasing our support, or indeed ceasing our support if it is no longer required.

 

We offer three preset levels of support, which many of our clients use as a starting point to then create their own bespoke support package.

Our retainer clients have unrestricted access to the remote support of our entire team as and when required. This contact can be in the form of emails, virtual calls or telephone calls.

We advise on all areas, from food inflation through to recruitment.
